Modern Boho Wedding - Pilsen, IL - Styled Shoot

When Sharris from Canvas Wedding & Events started talking about her vision for this styled shoot, I am pretty sure my face looked a whole lot like this 😍. She explained she wanted “boho, moody but bright and modern chic” and I immediately jumped in and said, “yes, please!”.

I’m not your typical bright and airy kind of photographer. I like a little mood, I love a lot of emotion, and I feel as though I am able to capture that with richer colors and fresh white and black contrasts. This concept was a dream session for me and brought together some of my favorite color pallettes and textures.

The location for our shoot was a beautiful white loft filled with wooden accents and incredible beams of light. We had an absolutely rock start team of vendors that made the shoot simply one of a kind and I am so thrilled I got to be a part of it.

I loved the direction the styling went for this shoot. This was not for your average bride, but a beloved boho, edgy bride, one that’s not afraid to go against the norms, leather jacket, jumpsuit and all!
