Adventurous Love is My Favorite Kind

I don’t think it’s any secret that I love, love. I always have, I always will. And watching Devon and Collin together as we explored around Lincoln Park was no exception.

Collin is a good ‘ole southern boy and former Northwestern football player with a special charm. He’s a block of muscle that softens completely when he’s with Devon.  Devon, a former Northwestern golf player (are you seeing a theme here), is a natural beauty with a laid back personality and the most genuine smile I’ve ever seen. These two were friends for years before, as Collin tells the story, “I finally just kissed her”. The rest is history.

I loved working with these two.  I always tell my clients that I want our session to be a really fun, out of the ordinary date, and this was one of the best third wheel parties I’ve been on.  We ran through flowers (and mosquitos), dipped below the sunset where we had the Lincoln Park pavilion to ourselves, welcomed plenty of wet sloppy kisses (from Chi of course), and my favorite part of the session was watching these two bust a move together.

I told them (in my cheesiest voice of course) to dance “like no one was watching”, expecting a little twirling and dipping, instead I got some booty pops, Collin breaking it down, and Devon showing off her flossing moves.

The images show their carefree personalities, sense of adventure, and most importantly – the passion they both have for each other, and for their life together! Not to mention – can we talk about how handsome Chi is?  Thanks for one of the best (third-wheel) dates of my life, friends <3
